Returns & Exchanges

Please be see below on the conditions of returns and exchanges:

- We do not accept returns or exchanges outside the 10 day period
- No returns on jewellery  
- Item must be received in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, no makeup, no perfume)

We have the right to refuse the return if the conditions are not met and the item will be sent back to you.

Ensure items is returned within 10 days of purchased date.
To make the exchange process as smooth as possible, contact and download the Return and Exchange form here.
You must include the form and original invoice with the item. It is important to have the original invoice with the returning item otherwise we cannot process the exchange.

If the item is not suitable and you require an exchange, the postage fee will be covered by you. The initial second postage fee will be on us however any other subsequent postages will be at your cost.

Otherwise we will issue with you a store credit. 


For all returns, we offer store credit which will be applied to your Aurium account


Our standard return policy still apply to AFTERPAY payments. Once we have received your returned item, you will be issued with an exchange or an online credit which can be used straight away.
Your AFTERPAY payment schedule will continue. If you fail to make payment, AFTERPAY will incure a late fee of $10 and a subsequent $7 every week that it is not been paid.
