1. Do you have a physical store I can visit?

If you are in Brisbane, yes we do! We are currently situated on the ground floor (opposite Aquila) in the Wintergarden Centre on Queen Street Mall.

2. How do I place an order?

Prior to adding the product to cart, ensure the colour & size is selected. Otherwise an error will occur and it will not allow you to place the product to the cart.

3. How do I know if it fits?

Please refer to our size guide for more information. Measurements will vary depending on style, cut and the material. If in doubt, please contact us  the product of interest and your size 

DELIVERY

4. Do you delivery internationally?

Yes we do! Please refer to our delivery information page for further details. We currently offer free delivery to New Zealand for orders over AU$120 and free delivery to all other countries for orders over AU$180

5. How long will it take to receive my item?

For Australian orders, if your order was delivered via Australia Post Express and your address is within the metropolitan areas than you will receive your order the next day. Please check whether your postcode lies within the 'Australia Post Express Network' to be guaranteed. If your postcode is outside the network, please provide 2-3 business days. Please be aware, Australia Post is a third party service we use for delivery and we cannot control their delivery time frames.

If your parcel was delivered by standard post, please provide 2-6 business days depending on your location.

6. What methods of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway. If you have a PayPal account you can sign in after the checkout process. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still you use your AMEX, Visa or Mastercard. If you are having troubles with the payment gateway, please contact us and we can send you an invoice via PayPal 

Aurium is now accepting Afterpay as a method of payment. Afterpay is a merchant platfrom that allow consumers to buy now and pay later. Please see our Afterpay page for more information

For incorrect size & change of mind we can offer exchanges or a store credit to your Aurium account.
